Simply put, a mastermind group is a fancy phrase for "group learning". Different from an online course or a support group, a mastermind meets virtually once a week via Zoom video conference calling.  Groups are made up of 5-7 people and all are campus ministers.  A mastermind provides accountability and encouragement and can often lead to breakthroughs in ministry, faith and in life.

Here's What's You Get:
In each mastermind group, participants receive:

  • Weekly Zoom video conference
  • Leadership study guide
  • Guest speaker slide-decks
  • Pre-group phone/email consultation
  • Growing your professional network
  • Access to the private CCMA Mastermind Group on Facebook
  • $75 for the 6 week program

  • $75 per person

CCMA One-Days

With Fr. Michael Martin, OFM, Conv. and Katie Diller

At each of the One-Days events, the following topics will be covered:

One Days IG (2).png
  • How to maintain a healthy relationship with the Lord amidst a busy schedule

  • How to organize your week so that you are focusing on the most important priorities

  • How to build a team that is “all in” on student engagement and relational ministry

  • How to integrate retreats, small groups and service into your ministry

  • How to ensure events like Mass and Adoration are of high quality

  • How to guarantee your program is funded for future growth

The One-Day that I attended provided an inspiring day of prayer, renewal, fellowship with other campus ministers. Thank you to CCMA for coordinating!
