Project JumpStart is a collaborative effort between CCMA and The Evangelical Catholic.

JumpStart is designed to give your campus ministry program an immediate boost.  You'll experience peace of mind, knowing that you are not alone and that your ministry is growing.  If you've wanted to reach more students but felt that you lacked the resources to do so, JumpStart will provide the fuel for your ministry to grow.

The Application Window is Open for the 2019-2020 Academic Year.

One of the highlights of JumpStart is the mid-year site visit.

The program has two components:

  • Ministry coaching from a designated Evangelical Catholic coach. This takes place via site visits and online Skype calls. Your coach will equip you to reach more students via small groups and help you to make small groups a priority of your evangelization efforts.

  • Ministry assessment from a CCMA coach. The assessment takes place via one site visit 2-3 months after you have begun JumpStart. The coach will spend an entire day with you and your team in order to listen and provide useful feedback as to how your ministry can grow. Within one week, a report will be provided with subsequent guidance as to how you can implement its ideas.

I can’t think of a faster way to boost your ministry.
— Jason Simon, The Evangelical Catholic

With JumpStart, you gain access to the systematic methods that The Evangelical Catholic has been teaching for years.  More than small groups, JumpStart helps you identify and train student leaders to facilitate small communities of faith.  Campus ministers tell us that JumpStart enables them to reach more students than they could have on their own.  JumpStart will help you sort out the activities that are truly vital in order for your ministry to grow.

It has been amazing to see the transformation in the spiritual lives of our student leaders and subsequently in the lives of the student they now disciple.
