Hotel Rates: $109 per night, plus 14.275% tax
The Radisson Blu Hotel is offering convention attendees the rate of $109 per night plus tax for single or double occupancy. Rooms are non-smoking, spacious and comfortable and amenities include waffled cotton robes, hair dryers, ironing boards and irons, refreshment centers, alarm clocks, satellite television, and wireless internet service in designated areas. In-room wireless service is complimentary. Guests will receive complimentary use of the state-of-the-art fitness center, Business Center, and 24-Hour Room Service. The Group rate is available May 26 to June 5, as space is available.
Reserve Your Room
Room reservations will be made by your attendees on an individual basis. Individuals should contact the Hotel through the toll free reservations number at 800.333.3333 or online at Radisson Blu Reservations and using group promotional code CCMASC for Group: Catholic Campus Ministry Association. Rooms must be reserved by May 1, 2018.
Any requests for special room arrangements must be made at the time of booking the reservation. All reservations must be guaranteed by a major credit card. In addition, at the time of check-in each guest will be required to present a valid credit card for any incidental charges they may incur during their stay.
The Hotel’s check in time is 3 p.m. Central time, and check out is 12 p.m. Central time. Guests arriving prior to 3 p.m. will be accommodated as rooms become available. Failure to cancel a guaranteed reservation by 3 p.m. Central time on the day prior to arrival will result in a forfeiture of the room’s deposit; a charge of one night’s Room Rental rate and tax applied to the guaranteed method of payment. Additionally, an early departure fee, equal to one night's room and tax, applies to guests checking out prior to their departure date as confirmed at check-in.
The nearest airport to the Radisson Blu Hotel is Minneapolis-St. Paul International. MSP is approximately 8 minutes/ 5 miles the hotel, and is served by most major airlines, providing nonstop and connecting service daily. MSP offers shuttle, rental cars, Uber and Lyft, as well as other transportation options. Please visit their website for more information.
The Radisson Blu Hotel provides a complimentary Shuttle to and from the Minneapolis/St. Paul International Airport. The Shuttle runs daily and is based on availability. Please inquire with guest services at least three days before arrival for instructions on getting the Shuttle.
Daytime self-parking is available on a complimentary basis based upon availability. Overnight self-parking is available for $15 per night based upon availability. Valet parking, based upon availability at time of arrival, is $25 for overnight and $10 for event parking.
Complimentary self-parking is available in the East and West Mall of America lots. If you are a registered hotel guest and are parking overnight in either of these lots, please bring the make and model of your vehicle as well as your license plate number to the front desk upon check-in. The Hotel team will inform Mall of America security team of your information. Cars parked overnight that have not been registered with the hotel will be towed at the owner’s expense. This program is subject to change.
CCMA Event Cancellation Policy
Full refunds will only be made for cancellations received on or before April 2. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after April 3.
